A Pre-Order RSVP is a reservation of interest and is not a payment, deposit, or guarantee that an order will be accepted. GYMMY may contact you by email regarding your Pre-Order RSVP and, when applicable, provide an invitation to continue the purchase process.
When an invitation allows you to continue to purchase, you will have an opportunity to review your selected product, size, colorway, package, delivered amount, and applicable purchase terms before completing payment. An order is not complete until payment is successfully processed and the order is accepted.
Prices and package contents are presented on the applicable GYMMY pages and purchase flow. GYMMY may correct pricing, product, or description errors before accepting an order. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be presented where required.
GYMMY products may be produced or prepared to order. Delivery timing may vary depending on product, colorway, size, production timing, destination, and other circumstances. Customer-facing delivery expectations may extend up to 9 weeks.
GYMMY works to present product descriptions, imagery, colors, dimensions, and other information accurately. Actual products may have reasonable differences in color, finish, texture, packaging, or appearance.
Returns, exchanges, damaged-item procedures, and any applicable eligibility requirements are governed by the GYMMY Returns Policy presented on the website and applicable to your purchase.

White Glove Service is included with your GYMMY purchase.
Signature delivery is required for GYMMY orders over $100 to help protect your investment.
No separate signature-delivery fee is presented to the customer.
Signature delivery helps protect your GYMMY investment and confirms delivery.
If no authorized recipient is available, the carrier may provide additional delivery or pickup instructions.
When tracking information is available, GYMMY will provide it through the applicable delivery process.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
GYMMY is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Production, carrier, customs, weather, destination restrictions, or other circumstances may affect delivery timing.
The 3–6–9 WEEK timeframe is an expected delivery range, not a guaranteed delivery date.
You shall not receive a separate customs or import bill.
If your GYMMY package arrives visibly damaged, document the condition of the package and contact GYMMY as soon as possible.
Please retain the packaging and any shipping documentation until the matter has been resolved.
If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient refuses delivery, does not complete required delivery procedures, or provides an incorrect address, additional shipping or return costs may apply.
GYMMY will provide applicable instructions when this occurs.
Returns are governed by the GYMMY Returns Policy.

GYMMY accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with its original packaging and included materials.
GYMMY STEPS must be tried on only in a manner that does not leave wear, marks, damage, or alterations.
Items showing signs of use may not qualify for return.
Returns due to a change of mind are subject to a $36.90 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Customers requesting an eligible replacement rather than a refund are not charged the $36.90 restocking fee.
If you selected the wrong size, contact GYMMY at orders@gymmy.vip. We will provide the applicable return or replacement instructions.
If your GYMMY order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact GYMMY promptly before wearing, altering, repairing, cleaning, or otherwise using the product.
Photographs of the packaging and product may be requested so GYMMY can evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
If a return or replacement is approved because of a verified manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or GYMMY fulfillment error, the $36.90 restocking fee does not apply.
GYMMY will provide the applicable resolution after reviewing the claim.
Please retain the original GYMMY packaging until you are certain you will keep your purchase.
Eligible returns may require the original box, packaging, dust bag, accessories, and other included materials.
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Items specifically identified as final sale are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
